Beginner level Pilates Full Block
For those that are new to pilates or would like a fresh start. Modifications and guidance given.
Service Description
If you are new to Pilates and want to learn the fundamentals from the root, then this beginner class is for you. Every week you will be guided through each pilates element to get a better understanding of how your body moves and the general anatomy. You will be guided through a series of exercises using core control, correct muscle activation and breathing control. Each week we will be gradually progressing to help improve mobility, strengthen and stretch the major muscle groups, engage the core stability muscles as well as activate the proprioceptive and balance fibres. Christina is a qualified Physiotherapist and uses the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) method to help guide and structure her classes. The APPI method ensures a safe, effective and scientifically researched class, that is also lots of fun.
